How does online tutoring work?

It all starts with an internet connection.  Obviously you have one of those, or you wouldn't be here right now!  Next we need you to create an account with Tutorzilla.  You can do that here.  Finally, pick the subject and course you need help in.  Once you have done this, you are ready for your first tutoring session to begin.  We send you a session reminder email, you log into your account and join your online meeting with your tutor.  Easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1: Internet Connection & Headset

In order to begin using online tutoring with Tutorzilla, you need a computer of course, and we recommend that you have at least a DSL connection or cable internet.  While you can use a wireless card for the session or even dial-up, ideally you want a little extra horsepower so you can really experience the power of all the cool tools we have to offer.  We also highly recommend that you purchase a headset, one of our tutoring resources which will allow you to speak to and listen to your tutor as if you were in the same room together.

Step 2: Create an Account

In order to tell us what you need help in, we require that you have account with us.  This is also important as this is where we will send the link to join your tutoring session when it is just about to begin.  The account creation process takes no time at all.  All you need to create an account is a name and email address.  There is No Credit Card or any payment required to sign up for your first free session, so start getting the benefits of tutoring today!
